Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal: Timing and methods

The customer can rethink his purchase and return the items without having to specify the reason, within 14 days from receipt of the goods (Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 – Consumer Code). The goods must be returned intact and not worn or used, in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and the original labels not removed, enclosing the delivery document inside the package.

How to make a return

Within the period indicated above, the customer must give notice of his intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail to info@centopercentocachemire.com

The shipment of the product to be returned in its original condition (as already described) must take place within 14 days from the manifestation of the intention to return. The return of the products is under the responsibility of the customer and must be done by express courier with the possibility of tracing the shipment, the costs of which will be fully borne by the customer. The refund will include any transport costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Centopercentocachemire warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

IMPORTANT: if you have received a defective item, you must not fill in the form for the return of the product but you must contact us by writing to info@centopercentocachemire.com specifying the type of defect found.

Cost of Return
In Italy and abroad, the shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer and must be made by express courier. Any shipping accessories, for home delivery of the product (eg: right of cash on delivery), will not be subject to refund and return of the buyer’s load. However, the costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the moment we are informed of the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse and will be checked by our staff. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
